SHREEM is a digital product.
No physical items are shipped.

All purchases provide digital access only.

2. Requirement for Access Activation

To activate SHREEM access, the user must provide a valid TradingView username.

Access cannot be granted without a correct and active TradingView username.

Users are responsible for ensuring:

  • The username is accurate

  • The TradingView account is active

  • The username is submitted correctly during or after purchase

Incorrect or missing TradingView details may delay activation.

3. Delivery Timeline

After:

  • Successful payment confirmation

  • Submission of valid TradingView username

Access is typically granted within a few minutes to 24 hours.

In rare cases, activation may take up to 48 working hours.

4. Mode of Delivery

Delivery is completed by granting access directly to the user’s provided TradingView account.

No physical courier or postal shipment is involved.

Access confirmation may also be sent via registered email or support communication.

5. Payment Confirmation

Access is initiated only after:

  • Successful payment confirmation

  • Required TradingView username submission

If payment fails or remains pending, access will not be granted.

6. Incorrect Information

We are not responsible for delays caused due to:

  • Incorrect TradingView username

  • Inactive TradingView account

  • Typographical errors provided by the user

Access will only be granted once correct details are received.

7. Technical Delays

Occasional delays may occur due to:

  • TradingView platform processing

  • Payment gateway verification

  • Server or technical maintenance

We are not liable for temporary technical interruptions beyond our control.
